The 2016 edition of Brasov International Film Festival & Market was a great success.

The Legacy of Menla won the Best Documentary award at Brasov International Film Festival last year in September.
We just received this beautiful looking trophy a few weeks ago so we went to our partner company FocusFox Studio to take a group picture. These wonderful people on the picture played a mayor part in our lives in the last three-four years since we were introduced to them thanks to Andras Toth and Denes Szekeres from Tivoli Films.”

September 1, 2016 — Today marks the first day of the 5th annual edition of the most important and renown nonviolent film festival in the world that was founded and it is being organized by film director Bruno Pischiutta and film producer Daria Trifu since 2012. The Festival is Brasov International Film Festival & Market. Today, the two founders are making film and internet history by bringing the Festival on-line exclusively and allowing, for the first time, the world viewers to enjoy all the selected films from the comfort of their homes.
This year, the Festival showcases 21 selected feature films, documentaries and shorts between September 1 – 11. The Festival is now live on its Vimeo On Demand Channel here:
Out of +8,000 film festivals worldwide, this one is at the vanguard of them all. Pischiutta and Trifu have not only achieved their goal of bringing nonviolent film to the widest audience possible but they have further reached an extraordinary result by breaking the standard used by film festivals from generations.
